About the Summer School
The school is organized by the Univeristy of Warsaw with support from the Erasmus programme. Professor Alexey Bondal from Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow and Institute for Physics and Mathematics of the Universe, Kashiwa, Japan will give a series of talks about coherent sheaves and derived categories.
The more basic talks will be assigned to participants.
The school is aimed at undergraduate students on their last years, graduate students and postdocs in algebraic geometry. The participants are assumed to be familiar with the notion of coherent sheaves and basic homological algebra.
The school will start with a dinner on Sunday, the 12th of June and end with a breakfast on Saturday, the 18th of June.
